Vacuum brazing is a material joining process which offers significant advantages in terms of cleanliness, joint strength and integrity making the hole saws durable and convenient to use when drilling a vast variety of materials. hard wearing layer of diamonds along with a special “Wax” cooling central core means these diamond core drill bit can be used with no water. Must use at high drilling speeds, 2000 to 2500 rpm & with very light drilling pressure to ensure best performance.

· For best results when drilling tiles, apply a fine mist of water via a hand-held spray bottle.
· Using a slight oscillating motion whilst drilling can increase speed on some materials
· Use at High Speeds, 2000-2500+ rpm, For harder tiles use a slower rpm / for softer tiles use a faster rpm.
